Express Entry Results #402

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued further invitations to apply (ITAs) through the system Express Entry.

Express Entry has issued 250 invitation to apply (ITA) invitations in a round for Senior Managers with Canadian work experience.

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) minimum score of 429;
• Create an Express Entry candidate profile before 3:10pm (UTC) on 19 August 2025.

Details of the 2026 Express Entry results

This is the first Express Entry round for Senior Managers with Canadian work experience and the 14th selection round of 2026.

This selection category was first announced during the February 2026 reforms, when three new occupational categories were introduced.

To be eligible for this category, candidates must have at least 12 months of Canadian work experience within the last 3 years, falling under one of the four occupational groups in the system National Occupational Classification (NOC) system :

• Senior Managers – construction, transportation, production and utilities
• Senior Managers – trade, broadcasting and other services
• Senior Managers – health, education, social and community services and membership organizations
• Senior Managers – finance, communications and other business services

Express Entry rounds in 2026 show that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is focusing primarily on candidates currently residing in the country, especially those with provincial nomination and Canadian work experience.

So far in 2026 alone, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has issued more than 34,648 Invitations to Apply (ITAs):
