Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued further invitations to apply (ITAs) through the system Express Entry.

Express Entry issued 681 invitation to apply (ITA) in a draw for candidates Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 746;
• to have created an Express Entry candidate profile before 04:09 AM (UTC) on 19 November 2025.

Details of the 2026 Express Entry results

Today’s draw is the second Provincial Nominee Program draw and the third Express Entry selection round of the year overall. It follows a PNP draw on 05/01 and a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on 07/01.

So far in 2026, IRCC has issued 9,255 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) across two draw types:

January is generally a period marked by increased Express Entry activity, as IRCC seeks to issue more invitations that can count towards its admissions (or landing) targets through the federal pathways for that year.

Because of the lag between the issuing of an ITA and the immigrant landing in Canada (in the form of application processing and waiting times), admissions are generally expected at least six months after an ITA is issued.
