NB PNP Results #13 #14 #15 – 2025

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Programme (NB PNP) held three draws between 6 and 9 October and issued invitations to more than 500 candidates.

Invitations were issued through the NB PNP Express Entry stream for candidates with employment in the province, and through the Skilled Worker stream for those working in priority occupations.

Summary of New Brunswick October draws

A total of 522 invitations to apply were sent to candidates across two streams.

The deadline for applications for all draws was 11.59pm on 05/10/2025 (AST).

The province also clarified that not all applications submitted to meet these three draws will be processed by the provincial government in 2025.

No cut-off score was announced for these draws.

New Brunswick Express Entry Stream

New Brunswick Express Entry Stream for skilled international citizens on the list Express Entry federal system.

To receive an invitation through the New Brunswick Employment pathway, candidates must:

• Work full-time in a non-seasonal position for a New Brunswick employer in a Training, Education, Experience and Responsibility (TEER) 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation
• Have at least 12 months of full-time work experience in a TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 role in New Brunswick
• Have lived in New Brunswick for the past 12 months.

New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream

In the NB PNP graduate pathway, the 6-7 October draw did not include Code National Occupational Classification (NOC) 75101 – Material handlers.

New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream for international citizens currently working or holding a job offer for a full-time, non-seasonal position with an eligible New Brunswick employer willing to support their application.

Additionally, they must meet other criteria:

New Brunswick Experience

• Have at least 6 months of full-time work experience with the supporting employer; and
• Have lived in the province for at least six months before submitting an expression of interest.

New Brunswick Graduates

• The job offer must be a direct result of a recruitment mission organised by the Government of New Brunswick;
• The NOC code of the position must be one of the priority NOC codes; and
• The candidate must have at least one year of paid work experience related to the position.

NB PNP result draws in 2025

NB PNP has issued a total of 3,589 invitations to apply for provincial nomination in 2025, as of the time of writing.

New Brunswick was initially granted 1,500 nomination spots for the Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) in February 2025. In June, the province successfully negotiated an additional 1,500 spots, increasing the total 2025 PNP allocation to 3,000 nominations.

The number of invitations issued is usually higher than the number of nominations received to account for candidates who decline, withdraw, or do not meet requirements.

Furthermore, due to processing times for both nomination and permanent residency applications, a nomination invitation issued in a given year will often contribute to the immigration target for the following year.

When a candidate receives an invitation to apply, they may submit an application to the provincial government. If the application meets all requirements, the province will nominate the candidate by issuing a nomination certificate.

Candidates can use this nomination certificate to apply to the federal government for permanent residency (PR).
