Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued further invitations to apply (ITAs) through the system Express Entry.

Express Entry has issued 1,000 invitation to apply (ITA) in a draw for candidates participating in the healthcare and social services programme.

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) minimum of 476
• Create an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:44 am (UTC) on 26 November 2025.

Today’s draw is the third of December and follows the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) largest draw in the last 16 months on 11 December, the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) largest draw of the year on 8 December, and the major French language proficiency draw on 28 November – marking one of the busiest periods for IRCC issuing Invitations to Apply (ITA) in the past year.

To date, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 106,599 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system in 2025.

Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on Provincial Nominee Program draws, with the remainder of Express Entry invitations reserved for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates, French-language proficiency candidates, and those in priority Express Entry occupation groups.
