Express Entry #381 results

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued further invitations to apply (ITAs) through the system Express Entry.

Express Entry has issued 1,000 invitation to apply (ITA) in a draw for candidates participating in Express Entry at Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) minimum of 531
• Create an Express Entry candidate profile before 07:02 PM (UTC) on 08 October 2025.

Today’s draw is significant in that it breaks the recent trend of Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws occurring only once per month, while also breaking the CRS score deadlock at 533/534 points, a situation that had persisted for the five CEC draws prior to today (or since 07/08/2025).

As a result, today’s CRS score is the lowest for a CEC draw since 08/07, when the program issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply to candidates with a minimum CRS score of 518. Nevertheless, the 26/11 draw maintained the pattern of issuing 1,000 Invitations to Apply, a pattern the CEC program has kept since 07/08 of this year. This marks the 13th CEC draw of 2025.

Today’s draw is also the fifth of November and follows the draw Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) on 25/11, the healthcare-specific draw on 14/11, and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on 12/11.

To date, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 88,476 Invitations to Apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system in 2025.

Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on Provincial Nominee Program draws, with the remainder of Express Entry invitations reserved for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates, French-language proficiency candidates, and those in priority Express Entry occupation groups.
