Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a further invitation to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry.
Express Entry has issued 3,500 invitation to apply (ITA) invitations in a round for candidates participating in Express Entry within the Healthcare and social services sectors.
To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:
- The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) minimum score of 462
- Create an Express Entry candidate profile before 10:19 PM (UTC) on 2 December 2025.

2025 in review so far
Today’s round marks the sixth round for healthcare and social services occupations this year and has the lowest CRS score of any round for this category in 2025. Throughout this year, candidates in the healthcare category have received the third-highest number of Invitations to Apply (ITA) of any candidate group in the Express Entry system, with 13,292 invitations issued as of this round.
Healthcare is one of the priority categories for Express Entry by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in 2025. Today’s draw is the third in November and follows the draw Canadian Experience Class (CEC) on 12 November, the draw Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) on 10 November, and the French proficiency draw on 29 October.
To date, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 85,723 Invitations to Apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system in 2025. This year’s Express Entry draws have primarily focused on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) rounds, with the remainder of the Invitations to Apply (ITA) reserved for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates, French proficiency candidates, and those in the priority Express Entry occupation categories:
