Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a further invitation to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry.

Express Entry issued 714 invitation to apply (ITA) in a draw for candidates participating in Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) a minimum of 738
• Create an Express Entry candidate profile before 2:12am (UTC) on 22 February 2025.

Today’s draw is the first of November, and the first Express Entry draw since the announcement of the Immigration Levels Plan by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the next 3 years. This is the largest Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) draw held under the Express Entry system since 14 April, when the immigration department issued 825 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates.

This 11 November draw also follows the French-language proficiency draw on 29 October, the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on 28 October, and the Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) draw on 27 October.

To date, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 81,223 Invitations to Apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system in 2025.

This year’s Express Entry draws have focused primarily on Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) draws, with the remainder of Express Entry Invitations to Apply (ITA) reserved for candidates Canadian Experience Class (CEC), French-language proficiency candidates, and those in Express Entry occupation-specific categories:
