Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a further invitation to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry.

Express Entry has issued 1,000 invitation to apply (ITA) in a draw for candidates participating in Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) minimum of 533
• Create an Express Entry candidate profile before 4.16am (UTC) on 21 March 2025.

Today’s results mark the 11th Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw of the year. This is also the fourth consecutive CEC draw with a size of 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) and a CRS score of approximately 533 (all previous CEC draws in this series had a CRS score of 534).

Since August, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held one CEC round per month. This round marks the first time since August that IRCC has held 2 CEC rounds in one month (the previous one took place on 1/10).

Today’s round is the sixth in October, following the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) round on 27/10, the Healthcare and social services round on 15/10, and another PNP round on 14/10.

So far, IRCC has issued 74,485 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.

This year’s Express Entry draws have focused mainly on PNP rounds, with the remaining Express Entry ITAs going to CEC candidates, French-language-proficient candidates, and those in priority Express Entry occupation categories:
