Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a further invitation to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry.

The immigration department has issued 345 invitation to apply (ITA) in a draw for candidates Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

To be considered for this draw, candidates were required to have:

• The minimum The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) a minimum score of 778; and
• Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:58 PM (UTC) on 17 July 2025.

Summary of Express Entry draws in 2025

Today’s draw marks the 19th PNP draw conducted by IRCC this year. PNP draws have been the most common among all draw types, following a sharp reduction in Canada’s provincial immigration allocations in 2024.

Today’s draw is also the third of October, following a major draw for French-language occupations on 6 October, a draw Canadian Experience Class (CEC) on 1 October, and a PNP draw on 29 September.

2025 in review so far

To date, IRCC has issued 70,683 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system in 2025.

Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on PNP draws, with the remaining Express Entry Invitations to Apply (ITAs) going to CEC candidates, candidates with French-language proficiency, and candidates in priority Express Entry occupations:
