The Trump Gold Card
With a contribution of USD 1,000,000 and after vetting by the US Department of Homeland Security, the investor receives US permanent residence in the shortest possible time with the Trump Gold Card.
The Trump Platinum Card
With a contribution of USD 5,000,000 and after vetting by the US Department of Homeland Security, the investor is able to remain in the United States for up to 270 days without being subject to US tax on non-US income.
The Trump Corporate Gold Card
With a contribution of USD 2,000,000, the investor receives US permanent residence with the Trump Corporate Gold Card where a business sponsors them. The Trump Corporate Gold Card allows their business to transfer the permanent residence entitlement from one employee to another, subject to a DHS transfer and vetting fee. A small annual maintenance fee also applies.

Frequently asked questions
The Trump Gold Card is a visa based on an individual’s ability to bring significant benefit to the United States. To apply, candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee. Once the candidate’s processing fee is received, the visa adjudication process takes place, provided the candidate submits the additional documents promptly. If approved, the individual must contribute USD 1 million, an amount determined to be sufficient to demonstrate that the individual will bring significant benefit to the United States.
The Trump Corporate Gold Card is issued to a corporate sponsor for one or more of the sponsor’s employees. To apply, the corporate sponsor must pay a non-refundable processing fee for each employee.
A corporate sponsor may apply for several employees at once. The contribution of USD 2 million for each employee, once the employee’s background check is complete, is evidence that the employee will bring significant benefit to the United States.
The advantage of the Trump Corporate Gold Card is that a corporate sponsor may cease sponsoring one employee and use the contribution relating to the previous application as the basis for sponsoring a new employee without a further contribution of USD 2 million.
The Trump Corporate Gold Card is subject to a small annual maintenance fee and a transfer fee.
The candidate must be eligible to be granted lawful permanent resident status, be admissible to the United States, and must have a visa available.
As determined appropriate by the Department of Homeland Security and subject to availability, the candidate receives lawful permanent resident status as an EB-1 or EB-2 visa holder.
Candidates are treated in the same way as other permanent residents and citizens.
The Trump Gold Card is a visa; national security risks and other risks are therefore grounds for revocation.
The Trump Platinum Card allows individual candidates to reside in the United States for up to 270 days a year without being subject to tax on non-US income. A travel visa is no longer required.
The Trump Platinum Card has not yet been issued. Candidates should join the waiting list now, as they are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
