Graphic Designer

Job description

• Design marketing materials and tools for marketing, advertising, sales, and events such as posters, brochures, leaflets, backdrops, banners, standees, and POSM.
• Create layout illustrations for design concepts, including detailed guides on fonts, sizes, types & other relevant artistic criteria.
• Participate in the creative process, develop concepts, build imagery, and execute designs for company materials.
• Manage printing and coordinate the production of marketing materials with other departments.
• Produce internal video clips for the company.
• Handle internal photography for company events and activities, liaise with partners regarding company requirements, and inspect the quality of partner-produced images and films to ensure company standards.
• Other duties: Responsible for editing stock imagery for marketing and brand promotion (images for website updates, Facebook updates, etc.).
• Periodic results reports, reports as requested by superiors.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Requirements

• Hold at least a college degree in graphic design or related fields.
• Aged between 20 – 30 years old.
• Possess a strong sense of design and colour coordination.
• Enjoy creative work in imagery and video.
• Proficient in office software: Word, Excel…
• Proficient in basic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Ability to use software such as OpenAI, CoPilot, or other AI tools.
• Possess an understanding of SEO and website content optimisation.
• Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese, with the ability to read and understand English.
• Possess a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
