The Nova Scotia Office of Immigration (NSOI) is an agency under the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada, responsible for managing economic immigration programmes.

Established to support Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) and The Atlantic Immigration Programme (AIP), NSOI focuses on attracting skilled workers, entrepreneurs, and international students, contributing to filling local labour shortages.

The main functions of NSOI include:

  • Reviewing provincial nominations for permanent resident (PR) status.
  • Supporting integration, including assistance with finding housing, employment, and language training.
