Royal Residences is a luxury golf villa enclave developed by Aristo Developers within Venus Rock Golf Resort in Kouklia, Paphos. Venus Rock Golf Resort – the investment case

Cyprus Permanent Residency Programme

Royal Residences qualifies for the Cyprus Permanent Residency programme under Regulation 6(2) with a minimum investment threshold of €300,000 excluding VAT. All Royal units exceed this requirement many times over. The Cyprus PR application includes the main investor, spouse, and children under 25 if full-time students.

A minimum annual income of €50,000 from sources outside Cyprus is required for the main investor, plus €15,000 for the spouse and €10,000 for each dependent child. Cyprus permanent residency is valid indefinitely, does not require renewal, and only requires entry into Cyprus at least once every 2 years.
