ONE Limassol is a 37-storey, 170m tall seafront tower on 28th October Avenue on the coast of Limassol, Cyprus – the tallest building on the Mediterranean coast. Permanent residency is valid for life, requires no renewal, and only mandates a visit to Cyprus at least once every 2 years.

Purchasing a unit at ONE as a primary residence qualifies for a reduced 5% VAT (instead of the standard 19%) for the first 200 m². The 146 m² 3-bedroom apartment fully benefits from this incentive.
