Hengsheng Group is the developer of Grenada National Resort — a 375-acre resort in the Levera region, northeast of Grenada island.
Project in Grenada
In October 2019, the government of Grenada approved the project as a national tourism resort area. The project is part of the approved real estate portfolio for the Grenada citizenship by investment programme.
The resort master plan includes a beachfront hotel, the VeraVista holiday apartment complex with 102 units, and a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II.
Recognition
According to developer documentation, on 18 January 2025, Prime Minister of Grenada Dickon Mitchell attended the group's 2024 year-end and early 2025 programme conference, where he acknowledged the project's construction progress.
