About the project
Grenada National Resort is a 375-acre resort complex developed by Hengsheng Group in the Levera region, in the northeast of Grenada island. In October 2019, the Grenada government approved the project as a national tourism resort area, and the project is included in the list of approved real estate projects for the Grenada citizenship by investment programme.
This article focuses on VeraVista — the high-end hotel-style resort apartment phase, a category currently open for sale to investors.
VeraVista — 102 resort apartments
VeraVista consists of 102 apartments, built on a plot 16,979 m² with a total construction area 8,890,47 m². The apartments operate under a hotel-style resort model, facing the sea.
The developer has announced two unit lines:
Standard apartment. Internal area 41,99 m², including balcony 9,59 m². Open layout, living room connected to the sleeping area, large glass doors for light and views.
Premium apartment. Internal area 66,25 m², including balcony 56,02 m². Notably, the balcony area is almost equal to the indoor area, creating an outdoor space rarely seen in resort apartment lines.
375-acre resort planning
The resort is planned into multiple functional zones on the coastal strip and hillsides in the northeast of the island, including a hotel, resort apartment area, golf course, and accompanying resort amenities.
The hotel category is introduced by the developer as a five-star standard facing the sea. The on-site golf course is Robert Trent Jones II designed by — a golf course design firm with an international reputation.
Levera location, northeast Grenada
Levera is located at the northeastern tip of Grenada island, an area with natural coastlines and lagoons, separated from the urban cluster around the capital St. George’s. This is a pristine natural landscape, different from the resorts concentrated on the southwest coast of the island.
Hengsheng Group — developer
Hengsheng Group is the developer of the project. According to developer documentation, on 18 January 2025, Grenadian Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell attended the group's 2024 year-end review and 2025 kick-off programme, where he acknowledged the project's construction progress.
The project is among those monitored and supported by the Grenadian government, with milestones recorded between 2023 and 2025.
Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme
Grenada National Resort is a real estate project included in the approved list for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme. Investors purchasing property within this project may apply for citizenship under the real estate investment route.

Investors must verify the fees and investment thresholds applicable at the time of application, as these are adjusted by the regulatory authority periodically.
Ownership conditions and notes
Unit prices at VeraVista have not been disclosed by the developer in current documentation. Investors should request an official price list, payment schedule, handover milestones, and exit terms in writing before placing a deposit.
