FerYapı (officially: Fer Gayrimenkul Yatırım Geliştirme İnşaat ve Tic. A.Ş.) is a Türkiye real estate developer based in Istanbul, operating since 2010 with a strategic focus on mixed-use developments and premium office products. 2010 – Beginning with iTower
FerYapı's debut project was iTower Bomonti — an A+ office building with small floor areas in Şişli Bomonti, in partnership with Sinpaş GYO. With 41,242 m² of built area and 30 floors, iTower demonstrates the group's grand ambition from its very first project.
2012 – İstWest in Basın Ekspres
In partnership with Boyner Holding, FerYapı developed İstWest on Basın Ekspres Road — being both the first residential project on this thoroughfare and the most prominent project in the area. With a built area of 208,191 m², İstWest combines apartments, residences, and a commercial centre with İstWest Meydan — a public square serving the surrounding office community.
2014 – Parima Office in Tarihi Yarımada
Parima Office brought the concept of modern offices to Istanbul's historic commercial centre — Tarihi Yarımada (Historic Peninsula). The project takes advantage of its location at the crossroads between Asia and Europe, inheriting the region's centuries-old commercial tradition.
2015 – Mai Residence in Kartal
Mai Residence is a coastal residential project in Kartal district — a fast-growing area on the Asian side of Istanbul. The project features 67,258 m² of built area with 16 shops, 133 home offices, and 222 apartments, boasting views of the sea and the Princes’ Islands.
2017 – Premier Kampüs Ofis
Premier Kampüs Ofis is a landmark project — introducing the “campus office” concept of American tech companies to Türkiye for the first time. Achieving LEED GOLD certification for green building, the project demonstrates FerYapı's commitment to sustainable development.
2023 – tioso.co Working Suites
Taking it a step further with tioso.co — non-shared turnkey offices designed for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking professional spaces without initial setup investment.
2025 – Ferlogo P (New Phase)
The year 2025 marks a new phase for FerYapı with a brand repositioning and expansion into larger-scale developments, including resort projects in Bodrum and Urla.
